Before processing your first withdrawal, raja78 requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP or other government-issued photo identification, and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Withdrawals will be suspended until KYC is completed.
raja78 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or suspend users at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or violation of these terms. We may also limit betting amounts, restrict access to certain games or promotions, or require additional verification documentation if suspicious activity is detected.
raja78 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes during banking hours.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person or receive deposits from another individual's account.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your raja78 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Processing time is typically 1-3 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. raja78 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the legitimacy of withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of our terms.
raja78 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion charges may apply if you deposit or withdraw using a non-IDR account, though this is rare for Indonesian-based payment methods.
raja78 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be carefully reviewed before claiming any bonus.
Most raja78 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x). This means you must bet the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering requirement before bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires Rp 500,000 in total bets. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.
raja78 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other activity deemed to give an unfair advantage. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds (including deposits) may be forfeited.
raja78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude certain users from promotional offers if we determine they have violated terms or engaged in unfair practices.
All sports bets are subject to raja78's official betting rules. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and bet type. For football (soccer) bets, if a match is abandoned after kickoff, bets are generally settled based on the score at the time of abandonment unless otherwise stated. raja78 reserves the right to void bets or limit stakes if we detect errors in odds, suspected match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns. We also reserve the right to refuse or limit bets from any user at our discretion.
All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) provided by raja78 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by raja78 or any player.
If a casino game malfunctions or experiences a technical error, all bets placed during the malfunction period are void and stakes are returned. However, if you have already completed gameplay before the malfunction, results stand.

raja78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to:
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any disputed amounts, unpaid fees, or funds obtained through violation of our terms. However, raja78 reserves the right to withhold funds if we reasonably believe they were obtained fraudulently or through bonus abuse.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting raja78 customer support. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which raja78 operates. Any disputes arising from your use of raja78 services shall be resolved through the following process:

We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and providing a written response within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage through good-faith communication.
If internal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Contact details for our ADR provider are available upon request from customer support. The ADR service will review your complaint impartially and issue a binding decision within 30 days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes or ADR mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to pursue litigation in court or participate in class-action lawsuits against raja78.
